Deep breathing, yoga, mindfulness and guided imagery

These sessions are calming, guided meditations focused on relaxing body and mind. These sessions contain elements of gentle stretching and yoga, deep breathing, guided imagery and affirmations.

Each session is both fun and calming for the participants. I’d love to meet you and the group before our first session to discuss the needs of your unique program. They are designed to boost self-confidence, promote relaxation, focus and overall wellbeing.
